Shipping Policy

  • Shipping rates are set by Order quantity and in some cases by weight. Before the final checkout page, the exact shipping cost for your order will be shown. 
  • We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). When the USPS provides a tracking number, it will be included with your email confirmation. Orders shipped by standard First Class mail will not have tracking numbers.
  • Please allow up to 5 – 7 days for domestic orders and up to 3 weeks for international orders.

USPS Priority Mail can take up to 2 – 3 days in transit. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. If you’ve chosen Priority Mail as your delivery method and your Product doesn’t arrived when expected please check your tracking number info at USPS.com before contacting Neiha-Ruth LLC.
Return Policy
We are always happy to answer any questions or concerns about our products. Feel free to contact us at the info on the right-side of this page or at the address below. We will gladly accept the return of our products in its original, unused condition. Products must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We try to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of our normal business hours.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm EST
Saturday 10am- 3pm EST.
We are closed on Sundays

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for refunds to be credited back to your Credit Card. If the refund has not been credited to your Credit Card by then, please contact our Customer Care Office at the address above or by email at:  neiharuth1@hotmail.com.
Note:  For Customers using their personal PayPal Accounts; in some cases Neiha-Ruth LLC will try to assist in getting refund claims resolved with PayPal on your behalf. However, under no circumstances will Neiha-Ruth LLC be responsible for any refund amount that PayPal deems non-refundable to your PayPal account.
Should an Item in your order become no longer available or out of stock  Neiha-Ruth LLC will give you a full refund for that item.
BACK ORDERS
If a product is on back order, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. The remaining part of your order will be shipped once it becomes available at no additional charge to you. Should an Item in your order become no longer  available Neiha-Ruth LLC will give you back a full refund for that item.
GIVING BACK
